Official translation rate
- $55.000 COP per page of up to 250 words
- $300 COP per word beyond 250 on a page (capped at the value of one page)
- Translation, bilingual review, signature, seal and certification by Mariana Porras
Interpreting
Per hour, no minimum (rates as of Oct 30, 2026): general online $150.000 COP; general in person $200.000 COP; official, online or in person, $300.000 COP. In-person work adds travel according to the zone.

How much does a certified English–Spanish translation cost?
$55.000 COP per page of up to 250 words. Words beyond 250 on a page are charged at $300 COP each, and that excess never costs more than one additional page.

A page with 300 words: $55.000 + 50 words × $300 = $70.000 COP.
How do I know the total for my document?
Upload the document to the online quote tool; it prices it page by page and Mariana confirms the price in writing before work begins. You pay only if you agree.
What is not included?
Third-party costs (for example apostille, notary or physical shipping) are quoted separately.
